Denttax Asesoría Dental

About Denttax Asesoría Dental

Málaga advisory practice that works exclusively with dental clinics. Founded by two partners, one heading tax and restructuring and the other financial management and business control, it covers tax, accounting, labour, commercial and financial matters with an emphasis on forecasting rather than year-end reaction. Although based in Málaga, it is organised digitally to serve clinics throughout Spain. A signature service reviews whether a dentist should move from self-employment to a company, designs the structure, including holdings where relevant, and manages the transition. Other offers include contract review, shareholder agreements, strategic diagnosis and a monthly economic control system for clinics. Content is in Spanish only and nothing is aimed at foreign clients. Prices are not shown on the website. Details on scope and fees would need to be confirmed directly with the firm during an introductory conversation.

Services

Tax, labour and accounting management for dental clinics with continuous tax forecasting. Restructuring service compares self-employment with a company, designs the corporate structure, handles constitution and start-up, adapts accounting, tax and labour arrangements and follows up afterwards. Commercial and contractual advice covers collaborator contracts, leases and shareholder agreements. Further offers include specialised consultation, strategic diagnosis, insolvency and dissolution support and a monthly financial control system.
