Multidisciplinary practice of advisers and lawyers founded in 2000 in the centre of Málaga, with a second office in Madrid's Torre Emperador. About twenty professionals work across financial, tax, legal and sustainability areas, and the founding partner, a registered auditor, has also served as court-appointed administrator in several high-profile Spanish cases. The practice belongs to the Afianza group, which reports more than 1,200 professionals and over 300 offices in more than 100 countries, and it relies on that network for international projects. Clients include local industrial companies, family business groups and larger national and international firms. For foreign groups entering Spain, the firm carries out the preliminary steps for creating and launching subsidiaries or branches, then keeps up their tax and accounting obligations. Tax work covers transfer pricing documentation, country-by-country reporting, corporate income tax planning and filing, VAT groups, tax consolidation, DAC 6 reporting, tax compliance programmes and mergers and acquisitions support. Other lines cover accounting and financial advice, audit, insolvency, family-business succession planning, sustainability reporting and legal services such as procedural, mediation and commercial work.
