Based near Medborgarplatsen on Södermalm, Lavendo Consulting is an authorised Srf accounting firm serving Swedish companies of all sizes as well as foreign businesses setting up or already operating in the Nordic region. A dedicated International Services page, written in English, describes the firm as specialised in international accounting and in working with foreign companies. For these clients Lavendo registers the new company or branch with the Swedish Companies Registration Office and the Tax Agency, prepares accounts under Swedish or international GAAP for reporting to the foreign parent, handles statutory and annual reporting and income tax filings, and can act as VAT representative. Domestic clients receive outsourced bookkeeping, payroll, tax advice and year-end work, with company formation also listed among the firm's strategy services.
