Active in Sweden since 2011, Amesto AccountHouse is the accounting, payroll and HR arm of the Norwegian family-owned Amesto group, with its Swedish office on Vasagatan in Stockholm and sister offices in Norway, Denmark and Finland. Services

Establishment services cover incorporation of a Swedish AB or registration of a branch with Bolagsverket, a registered address with mail and authority correspondence, and corporate secretarial work such as board meetings, AGMs, statutory records and shareholder registers. Accounting packages include bookkeeping, key-figure analysis, budgets, annual accounts, income tax returns and VAT registration and reporting. Payroll outsourcing covers payslips, sick-leave and pension administration, benefits and travel expenses, with Nordic payroll coordination and HR advisory.
