Established in Istanbul in 2014, this English-speaking law practice works mainly for foreign investors, expatriates and international companies that want to enter the Turkish market, alongside a domestic client base. Its lawyers are registered with the Istanbul Bar Association and the firm says it has represented clients from more than forty countries. For investors setting up in Turkey it runs the whole incorporation: choice of vehicle, preparation and legalisation of foreign documents, drafting of the articles of association, the trade registry filing and the subsequent tax registrations, plus help with the corporate bank account. A separate practice area covers tax compliance and tax planning, including corporate taxation, dividend distribution and double taxation treaties considered at the formation stage.
