Since 2002 this Levent-based certified public accountancy firm has advised foreign-owned companies in Turkey, from the first structure decision through formation, monthly compliance and later transactions. Its stated clients are foreign groups entering the country for the first time, Turkish subsidiaries of foreign parents, branches and liaison offices, and companies employing staff from abroad, alongside local businesses. The firm sets up limited and joint-stock companies, holding companies, branches, liaison offices and free zone branches, handles the document chain for foreign shareholders and supports the opening of the corporate bank account. Ongoing work covers bookkeeping, VAT and withholding returns, social security filings, the annual corporate tax return and reporting reconciled to IFRS for parent companies. Payroll, employer-of-record arrangements, work and residence permits, independent and internal audit, due diligence, transfer pricing and corporate secretarial support are also offered.
