Founded in 2009 in Cairo, this Egyptian chartered accountancy group serves clients in Egypt, the UAE and Saudi Arabia, and its United Arab Emirates branch is run from Abu Dhabi by a partner who has worked in UAE accounting, audit and tax since 2013. The group says it employs more than twenty-five accountants, auditors, engineers and legal staff, and runs a partner-led structure covering tax, audit, internal control, information systems and legal affairs. Its offer combines external audit, bookkeeping, tax work and company incorporation with financial consulting and ERP software implementation. In the UAE, the branch has experience with pharmacies, schools, advertising firms, law practices, developers and real estate brokers, and specialises in VAT recovery and return preparation.
