Established in Sofia in 2011, Trust Accounting positions itself as a partner for both local and foreign business owners, especially those unfamiliar with Bulgarian procedures. The team, led by managers with Big Four and outsourcing-centre backgrounds, handles the initial registration of companies at the trade register, including VAT registration, and then runs monthly bookkeeping, payroll, statutory reporting and financial statements. It adds management reporting with KPIs and a client portal called TrustBooks for uploading documents and viewing figures online. A Sofia virtual-office offer provides a company and tax address for businesses that do not need a physical presence. The firm says it serves more than one hundred customers across sectors such as IT, media, logistics, hospitality and retail, and all work can be delivered remotely.
