The Tallinn practice of an international multidisciplinary group, active in Estonia since 1993 and the first office the group opened in the Baltic region. Three affiliated entities share one office in the Maakri business district and bring together lawyers, auditors, accountants and tax specialists. The work is oriented towards foreign investors and international companies entering the Baltic market, alongside Estonian businesses. A dedicated legal service covers setting up companies on behalf of international clients, and the accounting team also acts as tax representative for non-residents. The practice sits within a group present in about fifty countries with more than six thousand colleagues, which allows cross-border projects to be coordinated through one project lead. Its Estonian accounting arm holds a quality mark from the national accountants' association. The site is offered in Estonian and English, and the group also publishes an annual overview of Baltic taxes.

Services

Company formation for foreign clients includes drafting articles of association and shareholder agreements, preparing board and general meeting minutes, registering with the relevant registers and enrolling the entity as a non-resident taxpayer, employer or VAT payer where needed. Accounting covers bookkeeping, payroll, tax accounting, management reporting, annual reports and IFRS consolidation. The tax team handles international and domestic taxation, secondments and transfer pricing, while audit, valuation, due diligence, M&A and commercial law services complete the offer.
