About TEVEA International

Founded in 1984, TEVEA International is a Paris tax representation company whose two lines of work both serve clients from outside France. It has held permanent accreditation from the French tax administration since 2012 to act as tax representative for non-residents who sell property or property rights in France, and it prepares the related capital gains returns, calculates the tax due and advises on available exemptions. It also assists non-resident owners with ongoing obligations such as IFI declarations and the annual 3% tax on the market value of real estate. Its second activity is outsourced international VAT management, including VAT refund claims, with more than 4,000 refund requests processed across 31 countries. The company reports 30 multilingual staff, around 350 clients and over 5,000 returns prepared. It sits on the board of the International VAT Association and runs a bilingual English and French website.
