The start-up side covers company registration with three speed options, including a same-day route, as well as the sale and purchase of existing companies and registered-office solutions operated from four Budapest offices. Once the company is running, the group handles amendments to company data, changes of managing director, bookkeeping, payroll, retroactive bookkeeping and the management of tax audits with lawyer involvement. At the end of the cycle it offers simplified voluntary liquidation, company sale brokerage and acquisition of dormant companies by group entities. Pre-formation screening of future managing directors is also provided. The site and services are in Hungarian only and are aimed at domestic entrepreneurs rather than foreign investors.
