Virtual office in Hungary

Every Hungarian company needs a registered seat. The government’s company-setup page says the seat can be owned property, property the company has the right to use, or a registered seat service provider. For a founder abroad without premises, a provider’s address is the usual answer, and some firms also forward post and scan documents.

Ask whether the address can be used for the registration filing, what happens to official letters, how fast mail is scanned, whether a meeting room or desk is included, and what the contract says about ending the service. If the company will carry on activity elsewhere, the site or branch must be named separately, so check that the address fits your plan.

Accountanty lists 25 firms for virtual office and registered seat services in Hungary: 14 accounting firms and 11 corporate services providers. 19 are small, 5 medium and 1 is a large network. English is available at 22, Hungarian at 21 and German at 5, and 19 take on foreign clients.
