Founded in 2006 and owned by its management team, Acclaim is a boutique licensed trust and corporate services provider working from Hill Street in Douglas for an international client base. It incorporates and administers Isle of Man companies under both the 1931 and 2006 Acts, along with trusts and foundations, and supports estate planning and family asset management. A separate eGaming section explains how operators can establish on the island, including introductions to the regulator, lawyers, banks and accountants, plus advice on relocation, premises and staffing. The accounting team prepares accounts, runs bookkeeping and monthly reporting, and handles UK and Isle of Man payroll, pensions and audit liaison. Tax work includes HMRC filings, VAT registration and returns, fiscal representation for VAT in EU countries, substance reviews and CRS and FATCA reporting. Ship, yacht and aircraft registration is also covered.
