About Aztec Group

Founded in Jersey in 2001 with a single client, Aztec Group has grown into a fund and corporate services administrator employing more than 2,200 people across nine offices in six jurisdictions, including a large Jersey headquarters. Its clients are alternative asset managers and institutional investors in private equity, venture capital, private credit, real estate and infrastructure, rather than small owner-managed businesses. Beyond fund administration it runs corporate services for special purpose vehicles, holding companies and management companies, with accounting, reporting and tax compliance handled by the same teams. Clients work with one relationship team across the Channel Islands, Luxembourg, Ireland, the United Kingdom and the United States. The site is in English only and no prices are published. A strategic investment partnership announced in 2024 supports expansion in the American market.

Services

Corporate services include incorporation of limited companies, partnerships and trusts, registered office, provision of directors, board coordination and statutory records. Accounting covers bookkeeping, local GAAP, IFRS and US GAAP reporting, management accounts and consolidated statements. Tax work includes corporate tax and VAT registrations, periodic returns and FATCA and CRS compliance. The group also offers fund administration, investor services, AIFM and depositary services, and digital asset services.
