BestwickRussell is a chartered accountancy practice in St Helier set up in 2014 by its managing director, a former big-four manager who also worked in fund administration. It looks after Jersey individuals, sole traders, partnerships, trading companies, asset-holding companies, start-ups and a limited number of wealthy families and family offices. Typical trading clients include property developers, hotels, gyms, restaurants and retailers. The practice pairs year-end accounts, bookkeeping and tax with company secretarial and formation work delivered through an affiliated secretaries company, which can set up a new Jersey company in one to five days. The audience is local, with no pages for foreign clients or other languages. Formation fees depend on speed and are available on request, and the first year of company secretarial support is included in that fee.
