About FCM Trust

Founded in 1997 and still owned by the founding family, this Jersey fiduciary has been based in the centre of St Helier since 2017. Its history traces back to a London stockbroker who moved to the island in 1978 and set up investment, property and shipping structures for families. A director-led model, a rebrand in 2020 and the acquisitions of a small fiduciary book in 2005 and an asset manager in 2018 mark its development. Today it serves private clients, corporate clients, charities and family offices described as located across the globe, with corporate work spanning multinationals, joint ventures, listed companies, securitisation and holding vehicles. Family office is described as a speciality, often for third-generation clients. The site publishes no fees and has no section reserved for non-resident entrepreneurs.

Services

Corporate services include formation and liaison with relevant advisers, registered office and director-managers, bookkeeping, accounting, day-to-day administration, annual compliance review, company secretarial work, and boardroom facilities with hot desking. Private client services cover establishing and managing trusts and foundations, supplying trustees and foundation council members, nominee and custody services, and registered agent roles. Family office work offers consolidated administration, financial reporting and structure administration. Charitable trust administration and an incentives team that provides trustee services for employee share schemes are also offered.
