Chief accountant Julija Kononova founded JumiKon in 2020 after more than fifteen years in accounting, and the Vilnius practice now works remotely with companies and self-employed people across Lithuania. Day-to-day bookkeeping covers source documents, payroll, fixed assets and inventory, tax returns and financial statements, and the firm also provides an outsourced chief accountant who oversees in-house staff, prepares for audits and deals with auditors, banks and public authorities. Neglected books are restored for past periods, with corrected returns. The formation service advises on choosing between a small partnership, a private limited company or self-employment under a certificate and then handles the formation documents and registration, followed by accounting from the first day of operation. Corporate support includes VAT registration, changes of registered address and activity codes, amendments to articles, changes of members, shareholders or manager, suspension of activity, contracts and HR documents. The founder states that she works in Lithuanian, Russian and English.
