Since 2009 this Vilnius corporate services firm has registered more than 400 companies and positions Lithuania for founders from abroad, with English pages explaining local tax rates, the absence of any local director requirement and fully remote incorporation under a power of attorney. It forms every common Lithuanian vehicle, from private limited companies and small partnerships to branches and representative offices of foreign companies, and keeps a stock of ready-made UABs, some with VAT numbers. For non-EU companies it acts as fiscal agent for Lithuanian VAT, and it also prepares companies and documents for national D visa applications based on investment, arranges apostilles and handles cryptocurrency exchange and wallet operator registrations with the FCIS. After incorporation the firm provides bookkeeping, payroll, tax declarations and representation before the tax inspectorate. It reports around 30 foreign partners and publishes prices for most services.

Corporate work includes share transfers, capital changes, statute and name changes, legal address, VAT and EORI registration, fiscal agent services, transport licences, liquidation, apostilles and investment-based visa preparation.
