Amsterdam's ABiLiTieS is a management-owned boutique corporate services provider, holding a trust licence, that builds its offer around international companies planning to start or run a business in the Netherlands. Its English-language site explains Dutch holding and trading structures for foreign groups, including how a non-resident business obtains a VAT and EORI number and what a permanent establishment requires. For new clients the firm incorporates operating or holding companies and registers branches, then sets up the VAT number and the administration, so that an Amsterdam presence with a registered address can be running within days. Ongoing support combines bookkeeping, preparation of financial figures, tax filings, payroll, legal and secretarial work and directorship services, invoiced on a fixed-fee or hourly basis. An expat service line covers work permits for highly skilled migrants and 30%-ruling requests. Co-founder Robert Bron works full time in the business.
