View profile of RPS Legal (Company Formation Netherlands)For an Italian founder, the Dutch system holds a few surprises: the BV is not an srl, the annual filing and the tax letters follow their own calendar, and almost everything official arrives in Dutch. A firm where someone speaks Italian can explain each step against what you already know from Italy, and can help when a question touches both countries, such as a director paid in one and resident in the other.
Five firms on Accountanty in the Netherlands list Italian: four accounting firms and one law firm, three of them small and two part of large networks. All five work in English and handle tax compliance, four also handle VAT, and Dutch, German and Spanish are each offered by four. Two of them are in Amsterdam, one in The Hague, one in Amstelveen and one in Utrecht. None of the five lists payroll, so a company with staff may need a second firm for salaries.
Before you engage one, ask whether the person handling your file speaks Italian or whether a colleague translates, and which documents you will receive in Italian. Ask whether the firm has worked with Italian clients on cross-border questions, and whether it coordinates with your commercialista in Italy. For the full list of Dutch services, start from the Netherlands guide, or send one quote request that names Italian as your language.

View profile of Tax-In B.V.Yes. Filings with the Dutch authorities are made in Dutch, while the firm explains them to you in Italian. Ask which letters and reports it will translate for you and whether that is part of the fee.
None of the five firms that list Italian on Accountanty in the Netherlands offers payroll. If the company will have employees, plan for a second firm for salaries and ask the two to agree how they share the figures.
