View profile of CIS Management B.V.Of the 117 firms Accountanty lists in the Netherlands, 110 say they work with foreign clients, so this page is nearly the full Dutch list seen from the point of view of an owner abroad. What separates them is which foreign clients they serve: a firm that mostly helps expats with personal returns works differently from one that runs the Dutch subsidiary of a multinational.

View profile of Biuro ExpertStart with the structure. These firms name the BV most often, followed by holding companies, branches of foreign companies, sole proprietorships and foundations, so ask each candidate how many companies of your type it looks after. The government’s step-by-step plan for starting from abroad says you must have structural physical business activities in the Netherlands and a business address, which cannot be a P.O. box, so ask how the firm helps you meet that. Then ask who your day-to-day contact will be, in which language the figures and tax letters will reach you, and what can be signed remotely. The Netherlands guide sets out the legal steps, and company formation in the Netherlands covers choosing the firm that files them.
The 110 are 88 accounting firms, 21 corporate service providers and one law firm. Seventy-one are small, 25 medium-sized and 14 part of large networks. English is offered by 91 and Dutch by 80, followed by German (14), Spanish (9), Polish and Russian (8 each). Expats are the client group named most often, by 31 firms, then SMEs (16) and freelancers (8). Real estate is the sector named most, by 17. Amsterdam holds 59 of the firms. If you would rather describe your case once, a quote request is passed to the firms that fit it.
Many owners do. Of the 117 firms Accountanty lists in the Netherlands, 110 say they work with foreign clients. Agree in writing who approves payments and filings, and how documents reach you for signature.
English is offered by 91 of the 110 firms and Dutch by 80. German, Spanish, Polish and Russian follow, each offered by a smaller group. Ask which language the tax correspondence will be explained in.
Expats are named most often, by 31 firms, followed by SMEs and freelancers. Smaller groups name multinationals, private clients and high-net-worth individuals, so check that a firm's usual clients look like you.
