Founded by a chartered accountant with more than eleven years at Big Four and mid-tier firms, COSK works from the Westersingel in Rotterdam for freelancers, owner-managed companies, foundations and private clients with sizeable assets. The practice charges a fixed monthly fee and publishes its site in English as well as Dutch, including an English page on incorporating a Dutch BV. For new companies it advises on timing and structure, guides the full route through the notary, Chamber of Commerce registration and the bank account, and prepares the description of the assets contributed to the BV. Day-to-day work covers bookkeeping through a client portal, VAT returns including OSS and IOSS, payroll with the 30% ruling handled as a standard item, corporate and personal income tax returns, and financial statements. Being subject to oversight by the Dutch accountancy body, it also issues compilation and review reports, voluntary audits, subsidy reports and income statements for the immigration service.
