About Intercompany Solutions

Headquartered in the World Trade Center in Rotterdam, with a second office in Etten-Leur, Intercompany Solutions has specialised since 2017 in setting up Dutch companies for people who live abroad. It reports more than 2,000 BVs formed for founders from over 50 countries and more than 1,000 accounting clients, ranging from first-time entrepreneurs to international groups opening a Dutch subsidiary. Incorporation is handled fully remotely: the team checks identity and ownership documents, prepares the file for the notary and completes the Chamber of Commerce and VAT registrations, usually within three to five business days for a published fixed fee. After formation, most clients keep the firm for bookkeeping, VAT returns, annual accounts and corporate income tax, and a dedicated payroll and employer-of-record arm serves companies hiring staff in the Netherlands. The site is published in many language versions, and the leadership works with clients in English and Dutch.

Services

Formation covers Dutch BVs, holding structures, subsidiaries of foreign companies and branch registrations, including document checks, notary coordination, Chamber of Commerce registration and VAT number applications. Accounting services include bookkeeping, quarterly VAT returns, annual financial statements filed with the KvK and corporate income tax returns. Payroll and employer-of-record services run through a group company. Secretarial and administrative procedures, tax ID applications and support during business bank account opening are also provided.
