Aktywator Biznesu is a Kraków-based one-stop practice for foreigners who want to live and do business in Poland. It combines residence legalisation, company registration and accounting under one point of contact, working remotely in Polish, English and Ukrainian, with in-person meetings by appointment. The residence service covers analysis of the legal basis, preparation of applications, correspondence with authorities, and permanent residence or EU long-term resident cases. For business it assists with choosing between a sole proprietorship and a limited liability company and with registering it. Its accounting offer is aimed primarily at foreign owners who register their company through the firm, covering sole-proprietorship books, VAT and JPK filings, ZUS, full company accounting, payroll including hiring foreigners, and KSeF support. A blog explains legal stay and business start-up questions for non-Polish residents. Prices for accounting and residence work are published openly.

Accounting covers KPiR or flat-rate books, VAT and JPK, ZUS, annual returns, full accounting for companies with CIT, financial statements and KRS obligations, and payroll with contracts and employee insurance for foreign hires.
