About Rosco Tax

Rosco Tax is a Kraków accounting company, located in the Podgórze district, that was created by separating the finance and bookkeeping function of a larger Polish group and now also works for outside clients. It serves trading and service businesses and IT companies, from sole traders to limited liability and limited partnership companies. The office carries professional liability insurance and represents clients before the tax administration and the social insurance institution. Besides bookkeeping, payroll and e-invoicing readiness, it assists founders end to end: choosing the legal form, completing business-register and company-register forms, drafting the partnership agreement and preparing the documents for court registration, as well as later conversions of companies. The website is in Polish only and has nothing aimed at foreign founders. A price list based on the monthly number of documents is published openly, and a start-up discount is advertised.

Commercial books for limited liability and limited partnership companies, financial statements, fixed-asset registers, JPK files and tax returns, revenue ledger and flat-rate bookkeeping for sole traders, choice of tax form, payroll, contracts, business-trip settlements and social insurance filings. Company formation includes selecting the legal form, completing CEIDG and KRS applications, writing the partnership agreement and handling conversions between company forms. E-invoicing integration, reports and analyses for statistical and customs bodies are also covered.
