Warsaw tax advisory boutique established in 2012 by two founding partners, originally known for VAT work and later broadened into income tax, transfer pricing and transactions. The roughly dozen listed professionals include tax advisers and lawyers with backgrounds in large consultancies and the Supreme Administrative Court, and the firm is registered as a company authorised to give tax advice. It works mainly in English with international clients and offers a dedicated range for them, from transaction support and structuring of investments to determining tax residence and income tax settlement for foreigners in Poland. It also provides tax services to European law and tax firms that need a Polish partner. Clients include global and domestic companies and many family businesses in finance, automotive, machinery, construction, food and retail. Besides advice, it supports tax disputes before courts, including the EU Court of Justice, and offers bookkeeping within an integrated service. The website is bilingual, and no fees are published.
