Moja Firma is a Warsaw-based provider of business and relocation services for foreigners who want to work or run a company in Poland. The team, which communicates in English, Russian, Ukrainian and Polish, says it has helped clients with residence permits and company set-up since 2011. A large part of its client base is made up of IT freelancers, designers, marketers and blockchain start-ups, for whom it runs an incubator model: an employing umbrella structure or a virtual company, supported by full accounting, so that individuals can relocate with their families and invoice clients worldwide. The firm also registers sole proprietorships, limited companies and branches of foreign companies, provides a legal address with mail handling, keeps books and payroll, and arranges residence cards and work permits. Legal advice is delivered with a partner law firm of Warsaw Bar Association members. It declines clients whose customers are in Russia or Belarus.

Accounting includes bookkeeping and VAT records, tax and social-security filings, annual corporate and personal income tax reports, payroll and HR paperwork, a legal address and mail handling, and representation before tax offices. Further services are residence and work permit applications, A1 certificates for posted workers, an umbrella-company scheme for IT freelancers, hourly business consulting and legal support through a partner law firm.
