Tracing its roots to a local accounting office from 1997, TIAS is a Wrocław-based accounting and legal group with over 70 staff and offices in Warsaw, Katowice, Szczecin and Seoul. It says more than 600 clients from many sectors are represented by the team. A significant part of the clientele are foreign investors, and the firm runs a specialised team for them, offers accounting for foreign clients and has a particular focus on Asian and Korean customers, with site versions in several Asian languages. Services extend from bookkeeping, payroll and tax advisory to immigration support for residence and work permits, setting up companies, branches and representative offices, and a separate arm that helps foreign firms enter the Polish market and find partners abroad. It is a member of the Antea network of independent advisory firms, while keeping its own brand and structure.

For foreign clients: establishing companies, branches and representative offices, visa and work-permit applications, residence legalisation, document translation and notarial certification, compliance checks on foreign-employee documents, and market-entry advisory including investment project management and partner search in Asia and other regions. Recruitment, training and financing or reporting consultancy are provided through related brands.
