Established in 2010 as a partnership between a Qatari partner and an Indian chartered accountant, this Doha practice combines local licensing with international training. It audits and advises companies registered with the commerce ministry as well as entities inside the Qatar Financial Centre and Qatar Free Zones, and it also works with banks and financial institutions. Foreign investors can use it to establish a company in Qatar, with support for full foreign ownership approval or a structure with a local sponsor, and for branches, representative offices and free zone entities. Indian expatriates receive help with their Indian tax returns, refunds and property-sale certificates.
