Timis Consulting, which also presents itself under a Timisoara-oriented accounting brand, is a member of the Romanian chartered accountants' body and says its consultants have more than fifteen years of experience. The firm works with Romanian and international companies, serving them mainly online through document exchange in PDF form, although staff can also travel to a client's premises. Its offer follows a company from creation onward: a digital incorporation route for SRLs in which the firm drafts the documents, files them electronically with the Trade Registry and tracks the file, then a month of post-registration guidance with the first month of bookkeeping free. After that come fiscal consulting, bookkeeping, payroll and human-resources administration, and advice on non-refundable European funding. The website is only in Romanian and contains no fee schedule or section aimed specifically at foreign founders.
