A separate English-language website, reached through an international desk link, is aimed at overseas investors and non-residents: it explains the steps to incorporate a Spanish company, set up a branch, buy a ready-made shelf company that can operate within a day, obtain tax identification numbers, and arrange registered-office services. Non-resident taxation, corporate and personal income tax, VAT and wealth tax are covered, together with payroll, bookkeeping, real-estate acquisition and immigration. The team lists around eight lawyers and economists, led by a managing director who is both a lawyer and an economist.
