Headquartered near Mariatorget on Södermalm, Dinara is a Stockholm accounting firm founded in 2018 by accounting consultant Pamela Olsson, who began taking on assignments in 2015. The firm works digitally with clients throughout Sweden and has built particular experience with IT and SaaS businesses, e-commerce companies and consultancies, including OSS and cross-border VAT on sales inside and outside the EU and automated bookkeeping through payment-provider integrations. Company formation is offered as a distinct service for founders and for groups adding new subsidiaries. Dinara registers the company with the Swedish Companies Registration Office, handles the F-tax and VAT registrations with the Tax Agency and supports clients in their dealings with the bank when opening the business account, which has become more demanding under stricter know-your-customer rules. After start-up, the team of around five people provides ongoing accounting, payroll, tax returns and year-end reporting, and also takes on project work such as system changes and integration specifications.
