Company formation is a full service line. Founders can either take over a ready-registered shelf company for a quick start or have a new limited company registered from scratch; in both cases the firm prepares the articles of association and supporting documents, files the case with the Swedish Companies Registration Office, handles all communication during processing and applies for F-tax and VAT registration with the Tax Agency. It also helps set up the company bank account and the first month of bookkeeping.
