Started in Skellefteå in 2002, RevisorCompaniet is a Swedish audit and accounting firm that works under the ECOVIS name as a member of Ecovis International. It has about 35 employees spread over eight offices in Skellefteå, Bureå, Malå, Lycksele, Sorsele, Storuman, Hemavan and Stockholm, where the office is on Norrtullsgatan. Most of its clients are owner-managed businesses in a broad range of industries. Beside its Swedish pages, the firm keeps an English section aimed at businesses that want to start operations in Sweden, offering company registration and set-up, VAT representation and registration, outsourced payroll, accounting, tax advisory and auditing, with foreign enquiries handled through the Stockholm office. For Swedish clients the service list covers start-up advice, company formation and the choice of legal form, bookkeeping, payroll administration, year-end work and annual reports, tax returns for companies and individuals, business law support, ownership strategy, generational change and company transactions. Company formation covers registration and set-up of a Swedish company together with advice on the choice of legal form. Foreign businesses can use VAT representation and VAT registration. Recurring work includes bookkeeping, outsourced payroll, year-end closing advice, annual reports, tax returns for companies and individuals, tax advice and statutory audit, supplemented by business law help, ownership strategy, generational transfers and support when buying or selling a company.
