From its office in Vasastan, Stockholm, Kameral serves owner-managed companies across Sweden, with more than 60 client businesses on fixed monthly fees and no lock-in period. The bureau is FAR-authorised and certified on Fortnox, and every client is assigned a team of at least two people led by a responsible consultant. Its focus is on e-commerce, technology, professional services, property and non-profit organisations, as well as founders of startups. Beyond routine bookkeeping it produces a monthly report commenting on sales, margin and liquidity, and offers part-time CFO work, budgeting and board reporting. For new businesses Kameral handles company start-up itself: it helps choose the legal form, drafts the founding documents and articles, files the registration applications with the Swedish Companies Registration Office and the Tax Agency, and sets up the books. The site does not present services aimed at foreign or non-resident clients.

Services

The fixed monthly fee covers bookkeeping, bank reconciliation, digital invoice handling, VAT returns, payroll and employer declarations, a monthly report, year-end closing, annual report, corporate income tax return and owner K10 forms. Company formation includes choice of legal form, preparation of articles of association, memorandum and share register, and filing with the registration and tax authorities. Advisory covers dividends, 3:12 rules, VAT and tax questions, budgets, forecasts, valuations and part-time CFO support.
