Olle Hillbom runs this one-person audit practice from Sveavägen in Stockholm after a decade with one of the large audit firms in Stockholm and London; he has been an authorised public accountant since 2011. The practice aims at business owners who want an auditor involved in developing and expanding the company rather than only signing off the statutory audit, with audit experience in service businesses, manufacturing, software resellers and restaurants. Alongside the audit, the firm handles a range of company-law and registration work: forming new limited companies, including formation through a non-cash contribution in kind, acting as registered agent towards the Companies Registration Office, changes of company name, board, seat and articles, share capital increases and reductions, and liquidations. It also helps prepare tax returns and annual reports, registers companies for F-tax, VAT and as employers, and assists with mergers, share issues, shareholder agreements and conversion to IFRS. The site offers no services aimed at foreign clients.
