Since 2017 REAK has run an accounting practice from Drottninggatan in central Stockholm, aimed at newly started and growing companies that want the quality of a large firm at a small-firm price. The team now counts ten accounting consultants serving more than 350 clients across Sweden, and every client keeps direct contact with the two founders. Company formation is a fixed-price product: the firm drafts the articles of association and all registration documents and files the new limited company through the Verksamt portal, with the client approving electronically and depositing the share capital in a business account; the official registration fees are included in the published price. After registration the firm offers bookkeeping packages for new limited companies, payroll, VAT, year-end accounts and annual reports, corporate income tax returns, K10 forms for owners and tax advice. Industry-specific bookkeeping is offered for restaurants and construction firms, and prices for most services are listed openly on the website.
