Founded in Stockholm in 2011 by Ludvig Grimlund, Win-Win Ekonomi is an accounting and advisory practice that has grown to a team of more than forty consultants, payroll specialists and assistants. The firm runs a dedicated international team that handles only global assignments, and its English-language site is written for overseas companies setting up or operating in Sweden. For these clients it offers guidance on documentation and administration when a business is started in the country, tailored set-ups depending on the client's plans for the Swedish market, and employee registrations together with advice on Swedish employment contracts, insurance and pensions. Work is delivered through cloud-based accounting systems so that foreign parent companies can follow the books and receive reporting remotely. Clients range from small to larger companies in IT, human resources, PR and advertising, education, health care and catering. The firm is led by its founder as managing director, with his brother Martin as deputy managing director.

Services

Payroll and HR administration serves companies with one to several hundred employees, with online time reporting and support on contracts and pensions. Year-end work includes annual reports and financial statements, liaison with external auditors and preparation of the corporate income tax return. Start-up support helps foreign businesses with the paperwork and registrations needed when entering Sweden, alongside advisory services on the Swedish market.
