Small limited companies and holding companies in Stockholm form the core clientele of this digital bookkeeping practice, which works on fixed monthly fees with each client assigned one named consultant. The founder, an accounting consultant, set the firm up around the idea of no hourly billing and no surprise invoices at year end, and every price is published on the site. For entrepreneurs who have not yet incorporated, Ziffr drafts the memorandum of association and articles, files the registration with the Companies Registration Office and registers the new company with the Tax Agency for F-tax and VAT, then sets up the books on the day the company number arrives. Monthly packages bundle bookkeeping, bank reconciliation, VAT returns, payroll reporting, the annual accounts, the corporate income tax return and the K10 dividend form for one owner. The practice works in Fortnox, Visma, PE Accounting and Hogia. The site is in Swedish only and shows no services aimed at foreign clients.

Formation of a Swedish aktiebolag: drafting the memorandum and articles, guidance on share capital and ownership split, filing with the Companies Registration Office and Tax Agency registration for F-tax and VAT. Ongoing work covers bookkeeping and bank reconciliation, VAT returns, payslips and employer declarations, year-end closing under K2 or K3, annual report, corporate tax return and K10.
