The site runs in English and German, publishes German-language articles on Turkish VAT, legal forms and digital tax reporting, and covers topics such as transfer pricing between German parents and Turkish subsidiaries. Founder partner Tahsin Yaşar, a certified public accountant, and a second CPA both speak English and German, while founder partner and attorney Aycan Bölükbaşıoğlu leads the legal department. For newcomers the firm prepares articles of incorporation for limited and joint-stock companies, oversees branches and liaison offices of foreign companies, handles work permits and offers a virtual office address. Ongoing work includes bookkeeping under Turkish, IFRS, German and US GAAP with SKR chart mapping, VAT, withholding and corporate tax returns, accelerated VAT refunds, payroll, financial audit, board and general assembly formalities, contracts and liquidation.
