Grand Finance EOOD

About Grand Finance EOOD

Grand Finance is a Sofia accounting company based near the Shipchenski Prohod boulevard whose website leads with a company-registration offer. It prepares and files all paperwork for a new EOOD or OOD at the commercial register, checks that the chosen name is available, arranges the notary and capital-account steps, and says the entity is usually registered within one to three working days. A free accounting consultation comes with the registration. After the launch the firm continues as bookkeeper, covering full accounting, tax obligations, payroll and personnel records, and financial planning for small businesses and freelancers. The site is written only in Bulgarian, publishes a starting price in euros, and carries a blog on practical topics such as expenses, euro adoption and opening hours for premises. It does not describe a foreign-client programme, team size or founding date.
