Leon is a cloud-based accounting agency founded in 2012 that targets new companies, freelancers and very small businesses. Work runs through its own web platform and a free mobile scanning app, with accountants, payroll specialists and in-house lawyers behind the process, and automation used to keep fees low. The agency reports more than 600 active corporate clients and keeps offices in Sofia, Ruse, Shumen and Pernik, although service is mainly remote and covers the whole country. Five published monthly plans are based on document volume, VAT status and number of employees, each including annual closing. Beyond bookkeeping it lists registration of limited companies at the Commercial Register, filing of changes, publication of annual statements and VAT registration, and separate legal services for data protection, commercial and administrative matters. The site is in Bulgarian only and does not describe a foreign-client programme.
