About Profirms

Profirms is a Sofia law-and-accounting company that began in 2010 under another name and adopted its present brand in 2013. A legal arm led by founder and director Radoslav Zankov handles corporate law, trademarks, data protection and non-profits, while a separate accounting department under managing partner Radoslav Durev takes care of bookkeeping and tax. The English-language side of the website is aimed squarely at overseas founders, and the company formation page describes the firm as working exclusively with foreign founders, with remote incorporation, capital deposit handling and KYC coordination. Clients are Bulgarian companies owned by foreign and local shareholders. Everything can be delivered online, and communication is offered in English and Bulgarian. A price list is published for formation, VAT registration, registered address, bank introduction, branch opening and residence permits, so quoting is largely transparent for first-time entrants.
