Valdina EOOD

About Valdina EOOD

Founded in 2012 and owned and managed by Dimitria Grigorova, Valdina is a Varna accounting office serving everything from start-ups to larger enterprises. The firm positions itself as an outsourced alternative to an in-house accountant, arguing that clients avoid employee social costs, accounting software subscriptions and a dedicated workplace. It provides full bookkeeping under Bulgarian national standards, payroll and personnel administration in line with data-protection rules, and administrative services including dealings with state bodies such as the revenue agency, social security institute and central bank. For new businesses it advises on the legal form, prepares the founding documents and enters the company in the Commercial Register, with the company identification number said to arrive within about three days of filing. Pricing is described as flexible and tailored. The site is in Bulgarian and shows no specific foreign-client offer.
