Budapest-based member of the RSM network, combining accounting, tax advisory, audit, payroll and a separate law practice under one roof. For clients coming from abroad it runs several distinct service lines: financial and tax representation of foreign businesses, VAT registration in Hungary and in other European countries, tax and legal support for foreign employers with staff in Hungary, personal tax advice for foreign individuals and management of work permits for foreign employees. A newly launched practice covers foreign direct investment and investment advisory in Hungary. Day-to-day work includes outsourced bookkeeping, IFRS and US GAAP reporting, transfer pricing documentation, tax audits and litigation support. The website is available in Hungarian, English and German, and lawyers handle transactions in English and German as well. Specialist desks exist for real estate, family and wealth matters, and film productions.
