Run as a sole practice from Zejtun in the south of Malta, this advisory is led by a certified public accountant who also holds MFSA authorisation as a company service provider. Its everyday client base is made up of self-employed professionals, start-ups, micro businesses and small to medium-sized companies, but it also sets up Maltese vehicles for international entrepreneurs, group companies expanding into Europe and non-residents who want a regulated EU incorporation, with the whole process manageable remotely. Beyond incorporation the practice keeps the books, produces management accounts and statutory financial statements, files VAT and income tax returns, runs payroll and supports applications for government grants. Audit work is coordinated with external auditors. The website is available in English only and quotes for company formation are prepared after a free one-hour consultation.

Services

Incorporation covers structure selection, name reservation, preparation and filing of documents with the Malta Business Registry, tax and VAT registrations and liaison with the authorities, normally within three to ten working days after onboarding. Registered office arrangements are arranged through authorised providers. Ongoing support includes bookkeeping, management reporting, consolidation packs, VAT registration and returns, recapitulative statements, corporate and personal income tax returns, payroll with social security filings, grant management and audit and assurance coordination.
