Presenting itself as a welcome point for newcomers to Holland, Moneywood is an Amsterdam tax, consulting and accounting office, part of Lupacompany, that works in English for national and international clients, both private individuals and businesses, profit and non-profit. Its site is written for people and companies operating in the Netherlands from inside or outside the country, with a large library of explanations on Dutch tax, employment rules and daily life. For businesses the office sets up legal entities such as a B.V. or foundation, keeps the books and accounts, files VAT returns, year-end statements and corporate or personal income tax returns, and runs employment administration and wage tax. It applies for the 30% ruling for incoming employees and advises on visas, work permits, employment contracts, benefits and insurance. For individuals it prepares Dutch income tax returns and US federal returns for American expats. All legal, tax and accounting work is billed at one published hourly rate.

Legal consulting covers contracts, employment matters, benefits, insurance, visas and work permits. Personal services cover Dutch income tax returns and US income tax returns for American expats, with related forms such as FBAR. Work is billed per hour at one flat rate for legal, tax and accounting tasks.
