About Dutchtaxadvice

Founded in 2014 by a former Deloitte tax adviser, Dutchtaxadvice is a Haarlem-based team of tax advisers, payroll specialists and administration staff working mainly in English for companies and internationals. Foreign founders can have a Dutch BV or holding structure set up through the firm, which coordinates the notary, handles Chamber of Commerce, VAT, payroll and employer registrations and advises the founder on their own tax position. American entrepreneurs can use a dedicated DAFT service that combines the IND residence application under the Dutch American Friendship Treaty with business registration and ongoing tax compliance. Once a company is running, the firm prepares VAT returns, annual accounts and corporate tax filings, runs payroll for Dutch and international teams and supports employers hiring highly skilled migrants, including 30% ruling applications. An expat hub handles personal tax returns and advice for individuals. The advisers are members of the Dutch Association of Tax Advisers (NOB) and work remotely with clients across the Netherlands and abroad.

Services

Company incorporation covers choice of structure, BV and holding set-up with notary coordination, KvK registration, VAT, payroll and employer registrations and founder tax advice. Accounting includes VAT returns, annual accounts, financial statements and filings in Exact. Payroll services run monthly salaries, payslips and payroll tax returns. Global mobility work covers highly skilled migrant hiring, 30% ruling applications and tax briefings, while the DAFT service handles IND applications for American entrepreneurs.
