About Avega Netherlands B.V.

Part of an owner-managed corporate services group founded in 2006, the Dutch arm opened in 2015 and works from Hoofddorp for international holding companies, financial investors and corporations. It sets up entities and special purpose vehicles in the Netherlands, helps open bank accounts, completes the mandatory registrations and filings, and supplies a registered address, office space, meeting rooms and experienced Dutch executives to sit as independent directors. Ongoing work covers bookkeeping, payments and treasury, budgets, financial statements under Dutch GAAP or IFRS, audit coordination, management and regulatory reporting, and the maintenance of corporate files and board and shareholder resolutions. A fund practice adds fund accounting, investor registers, NAV support and FATCA and CRS reporting for private equity and real estate structures. The group reports more than 250 employees and sister offices in Luxembourg, Germany, the United Kingdom, France, Spain and Ireland, and the Dutch team works in Dutch and English.
