About Your Trust (Netherlands) B.V.

Rotterdam is home to Your Trust (Netherlands) B.V., a trust office founded in 2011 by a tax lawyer with the aim of managing the Dutch operations of foreign companies. Licensed by De Nederlandsche Bank and a member of the Holland Quaestor trade association, the compact team offers international groups, foreign investors and start-ups a Dutch base without the need for their own staff or premises. For new entities it coordinates the incorporation with the notary and tax and legal advisers, helps open local bank accounts and sets up the administration and invoicing. It then provides the registered office, acts as local director of the Dutch subsidiary, organises board and shareholder meetings, drafts resolutions, handles filings with the trade register and communication with the tax authorities, the Chamber of Commerce and the central bank, and runs compliance and KYC checks. Bookkeeping, payment transactions and annual and periodic accounts are managed together with partner accounting firms.

Services

Start-up services include coordinating incorporation with the notary and advisers, opening local bank accounts and setting up administration and invoicing. Domiciliation provides an official registered office, combined with management of the Dutch company by a local director. Corporate secretarial work covers board and shareholder meetings, minutes, resolutions, corporate calendars, trade register filings and liaison with authorities. Administration covers bookkeeping, payment transactions, annual accounts, periodic reports and publication documents, delivered together with partner accounting firms.
